Do you travel?
Absolutely! Simply include your location in the contact form and I will provide you with traveling fees.
How far in advance do we need to book your wedding photography services?
I advise clients to book as soon as the wedding venue is confirmed. Most book 6-12 months in advance. For engagement sessions, I advice to book 3+ months before you intend to use the images to allow enough editing and delivery time.
Will you hold the date for us?
I will only reserve a date with a signed contract and retainer fee paid "due upon receipt" via Zelle.
I'm interested in booking, how do I proceed?
You are first recommended to review all information on this site and then submit an inquiry using the contact form to receive a custom proposal. Once received, if you accept, you will be sent a contract and first payment invoice "due immediately".
How much is the retainer fee?
It is 25% of your total balance. This may differ during promotional offers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle payments only. No cash, checks or apple payments accepted.
When is the remainder balance due?
The remaining balance is due with monthly installments to be paid in full before the wedding.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for "any reason", including any COVID related matter, a client cancels before the agreed date of photographic services, the retainer-fee and any monies payed to date of cancellation will not be refunded. Re-scheduling is available with a new retainer fee. This is further discussed in a free consultation.
How many images can I expect to receive?
Most clients receive between 500-1000 images. This will vary depending on photography coverage time, number of guests, type of wedding day events, etc...
How long does it take to get the photos?
8+ weeks is an average estimate delivery time for a complete gallery. This will vary from client to client and is subject to change based on the total time of coverage provided, final number of images to be edited and time of the year booked. Spring and fall are the busiest seasons and galleries "may" require more time to complete. The effort to deliver these as soon as possible will be made without compromising the quality and style of my work. However, in the event that the estimate delivery time must be prolonged due to illness, family emergencies or any other personal or business matters, especially related to COVID, this will be shared as soon as possible. Your final images are sent via a password protected online gallery with immediate download ability.
How do I receive the images?
Your final images are sent via a password protected online gallery with immediate download ability.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You are not required to order prints through me, but it is highly recommended.
What if you get sick and can't shoot our engagement session and/or wedding?
I will not cancel a contract unless I am physically incapable of doing any work at all. Engagement sessions will be re-scheduled, an associate photographer will cover the wedding and I will continue with the work process. In the event of my death, someone will contact you following specific instructions.
